DGI is an ultra modern in- and outdoor facility for fitness, wellness and swimming.
The facilities also include café and 152 hotel rooms. DGI Huset in Herning is a place where you can train, eat, and then it’s also a hotel.

DGI Huset Herning is centrally located downtown Herning on Kousgaards Plads with direct access from the main shopping street. You can take the city bus, and it will drive you straight to the entrance, and there are only 250 meters to the train station.

Fitness in DGI
From zumba and yoga to boxing and team sport. You can find it all in
DGI Huset Herning, and it’s placed perfectly in the heart of Herning.
They have various training options, and it doesn’t matter what fitness level you are on, because DGI meet your needs at any level, gender, age, whether you prefer team or individual training and regardless of whether your goal is to get fit, loose weight or rehabilitation.
The fitness center is 450 square meters. DGI focus on cardio training. Here you can train on
Treadmills, cross trainers, bikes, rowing machines or Circle-training. And many of the Technogym machines are handicap-friendly.
Programming and personal training:
Personal fitness program planning: 45-60 min.: kr. 250
Personal trainer, follow-up session 30 min: 150 kr.
Person trainer, min. sessions: kr. 1500

Monday -Friday: 6 am- 10 pm
Saturday- Sunday: 8 am – 8 pm
Daily/season tickets prices
Student: 40 kr.
Student: 229 DKK for a month
