FC Midtjylland is also famous for producing some of the greatest talents in the world. Some of Europe’s finest football players come from the academy in FC Midtjylland. Big stars like Simon Kjær (Lille), Viktor Fischer (Ajax) and Winston Reid (West Ham) have developed in FC Midtjylland and new stars are on their way. The rivalry against Viborg
A must see in FC Midtjylland is the famous showdowns between FC Midtjylland and Viborg. Passions run high when the two teams get together in the Clash of Midtjylland. It truly is a great experience and one of the highlights of the season. Of course, with such great feelings involved, some of the dark sides of football will show themselves. Those sides are not enough to destroy the positivity around the game though. As an ordinary fan, you can easily avoid those situations where violence and other things that has nothing to do with the game occur.
Pride of our city
MCH Arena truly is a great experience for visitors in Midtjylland. Not only is the atmosphere great but it is also currently (2014) home of the best squad in Denmark. FC Midtjylland, also known as “Black Wolves”, is the pride of our city. Every weekend is a highlight for the fans of FC Midtjylland when they play against some of the best clubs in Denmark.
