Hey! Have you ever heard about Legoland? What is it? Where is it? And why should you even care? Read along, and you will get to know about one of the most playful, happy and exciting places in Denmark.

 

Imagine a world without any limits, where only freedom and happiness exists. A world where life is one big cheerful playground. This is the place to create unforgettable memories with your friends and family – old as well as new ones.

Many people associate Denmark with Legoland, which is understandable since it is the third biggest tourist attraction here. You cannot say that you went to Denmark without visiting Legoland! It is a MUST!

Legoland is an amusement park which appeals to all ages. Beside all of the entertaining amusements, there are also a huge amount of places to eat, but you can also choose to bring your own lunch pack, if you prefer that. The choice is all yours!

 

No matter what kind of person you are, and what you like to do, Legoland has something for you. Speed, action as well as cosiness are represented in Legoland. It is split up into different “countries” with different areas of focus.

For instance there is a zone called “Adventure Land”, which is characterised by its amusements full of action and excitement. “Miniland” is the fundamental building block of Legoland, and as the name indicates, it is made of LEGO® bricks. Basically you can experience famous buildings, capital cities, villages and exciting areas, built from millions of LEGO® bricks in miniature edition.

If you plan on visiting Legoland, you should check Legoland’s website at first, and see if there are any shows or events on the date in question. For the music loving people there are a lot of opportunities to experience some of the greatest and most popular performers.

This year (2014) Legoland hosts the Danish stars of X-Factor, so keep an eye on the website, because new performers keep appearing.
